Vice Consulting have handled a large number of recruitment task's for many clients. Whilst we always scoped the requirement, created the perfect role and considered the best applicant, we took a backseat and allowed regular recruiters to find the match and present the candidate. We no longer take this approach. Years of experience has taught us that IT recruitment is far to technical and nuanced for a basic recruiter to handle. Disappointing results meant delays to our work, this affected our ability to deliver on our core-service but more importantly, affected the ability for our customer to deliver on key task's
So, what is different?
Candidates
Vice Consulting do not harvest candidates. Between our network of clients, staff and relationships, we have in excess of 800 professionals who we can engage. These are NOT on the radar of your standard recruiters. These are professionals we have personally worked with, who we can vouch for and who we can hopefully, convince to jump ship for your benefit. Our most success to date has been the supply of trusted professionals. These can range anywhere from 1st/2nd Line Helpdesk staff, to software developers, all the way up to IT Director's.
Pricing
In most cases, we don't charge any fee's! That's right, we have no need to. If you are already a customer and receiving C-Suite services, we will not charge extra for sourcing a candidate. This even applies to leadership roles. The typical recruitment fee sits at 20% currently, for a mid IT position, just the recruiters fee would out-bill our consultancy fee's. Yet, with Vice Consulting, you could employ a senior leader and have 6 months of CIO level resource, all for less money.
